There is no tutorial for the software, but you can use the built-in help file delivered in the HLP file format.
I've downloaded the software, but since I have Windows 10, the executable won't run. I've then installed a Help file viewer and found out some instructions in that file.
Can I install and work with WinDig in Windows 10? I tried 2 existing downloads of WinDig but both ain't working. I'm desperately in need of this. Please help me with the same. Expecting a reply, soon.

In no way the software will work in native mode on Windows 10. According to program's description, you can use the application on Windows 3.x and Windows 95/98.
On Windows 10, a different approach is needed. For example, you can install a virtual machine and then have a 32bit operating system to run Windig since it's 16bit.
